   Kindly include the following details in your message:

    •  Your dog’s breed and size

    • Age of your dog

    • A recent photo of your dog

    • Any special notes I should know (e.g. first-time grooming, nervous behaviour, etc.)

 

    At this time, I can only accept friendly and non-aggressive dogs to ensure a safe and gentle grooming experience for everyone involved.

 

   Please Note:
For new clients, the current wait time for appointments is around 2 week.

At Hero Paws, I can provide fashion-style grooming ✂️🐾. However, your dog’s safety and comfort always come first. If your dog moves a lot and I feel it may be unsafe, I might not be able to finish the style exactly as requested. I truly apologize in advance and deeply appreciate your understanding.

For very extreme or highly fashionable styles, I kindly recommend visiting a salon that specializes in those looks. At Hero Paws, I focus on gentle care and will never force or overly restrain your dog.
